Well versed in programming languages such as VB/VB.NET, C#/C#.NET, ASP/ASP.NET, HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, T-SQL and Python, his skill set also includes Module Development, , Database Development, AJAX integration and three years specially focused on  DotNetNuke installation and administration.

Before joining SteadyRain, Chuck Spohr served as Vice President at NetPostive, Inc., a local IT consulting firm doing primarily Windows, Web, and SharePoint application development for companies of all sizes. Chuck has been working as a consultant in St. Louis since 1996 for clients such as MEMC, Peabody Energy, Metro (Bi-State), the St. Louis Cardinals, Nestle Purina, Clayco, and US Bank. He led numerous projects in VB, VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Oracle. Chuck graduated from University of Missouri Columbia in 1990 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Most unusual thing about yourself that most people don’t know:  I work on a professional fireworks crew.  We put on a number of large Fourth of July displays in the St. Louis area.

A seasoned programmer, Tony Fahenstock has been programming since childhood when he spent far too much time on his TI-99/4a and Commodore 64. He currently has more than 10 years of professional experience with a strong emphasis in web-based technologies. Tony has been involved in the implementation of many web architectures, ranging from top-notch, front-end engineering to back-end content management systems and XML-based web services. His skill set includes ASP.NET (C# and VB), XHTML, CSS, OOP, and JavaScript/jQuery. Tony has never been one to develop for other developers, he constantly remains focused on the end users experience.

Joe Staroba, who holds a Bachelor of Arts, Studio Art Graphic Design degree with a minor in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, brought his diverse skill set to SteadyRain in August of 2007.  By having over 8 years of experience in the Internet industry on both the design and development sides, Joe bridges the gap between the two as Operations Controller in order to more efficiently save SteadyRain and its’ clients both time and money.

Alex brings a broad range of web development experience to the SteadyRain Development Team, along with a passion for learning and taking on new challenges. Since 2006, Alex has worked with clients in the St. Louis area to develop lasting solutions to solve a variety of business problems, ranging from property management solutions for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker to unit and shipment tracking solutions for Fastrans Logistics. Proficient in multiple programming technologies, his primary focus is ASP.Net (both C# and VB.Net), Microsoft SQL Server, XML and JavaScript. Alex not only approaches technology-based problems from a programmer’s point of view, but faces them from a client’s or end-user’s perspective as well.
