He was integral in building the web marketing solutions and processes for a major web company before moving on to develop and implement web strategies for some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 CPG brands. Some of Eric’s clients have included Huggies, Kleenex, Cottonelle brands, Axe, Suave, and Degree. Throughout his career, Eric has functioned in key roles including developer, instructor, strategist, and entrepreneur. Development and training experience means that he knows how his solutions work and how to translate that knowledge to others, while entrepreneurship provided him with an understanding of the unique challenges that businesses face and the importance of measurable success. In addition to training hundreds of developers and sales people on web marketing best practices, advanced techniques, and foundational knowledge, Eric is currently teaching continuing education courses on email marketing and search engine optimization at St. Louis Community College.

His previous brand management experience with Fortune 500 companies, such as Target, Safeway, Kroger, General Mills, Kellogg’s, and Kraft provided him the opportunity to develop marketing strategies that were successfully implemented in select retail locations.
David joins the SteadyRain Strategy Team as an Online Marketing Specialist, where he will be responsible for assisting in clients’ search engine marketing campaigns, which includes search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search advertising (PPC) as well as social media efforts. David is both, Google Adwords Certified and Google Analytics Certified.
David received his bachelor’s degree in advertising from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where he studied many areas within marketing communications, such as print, television, social media, and digital advertising.

She was responsible for the management of custom design services and the evolution of design products at a large web company prior to moving on to roles in Quality Assurance and Process Engineering. Tara has supported clients ranging in size from sole-proprietor to Fortune 500 in roles such as Account Coordinator, Designer, Supervisor, Manager and Process Engineer.
This experience gives Tara a unique understanding of the challenges businesses face and the importance of a comprehensive online strategy. She focuses on the need to show measured impact and added value when investing in a solution. This passion for success and efficiency, coupled with a diverse range of experience gives her a strong foundation to tap into when helping her clients create a plan for their online success.
Tara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Advertising and Promotion from Missouri State University and served as an intern at BritishAmerican Business, Inc. in London, England.
