SteadyRain Celebrates 15 Years in Business

SteadyRain is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. Since its inception in 1999, the company has delivered business-generating, digital solutions for companies seeking innovative technology to take them to the next level online.

SteadyRain was founded in 1999 on the belief that the next edge of business was the successful transition into the digital arena. Since then, the agency has helped clients bridge this horizon with strategic digital solutions focused on gaining and nurturing new customers online.

In the last 15 years, SteadyRain has grown to include an online marketing team to help clients effectively manage and promote these powerful web solutions as well as a mobile strategy team to facilitate reaching their target markets on a slew of mobile devices.

Supported by the agency’s growth from three employees to twenty-two, the client roster has also expanded to include Missouri Botanical Garden, Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis, Nestlé Purina and Conoco Phillips.

That success allows us to attract better people with each new hire. This is a positive, upward momentum that is amazing to experience firsthand.”

SteadyRain’s 15 years of success also includes the establishment of sister company, FoundElement, a software design and engineering foundry, to help businesses take their technology ideas from product to market. SteadyRain continues to prove its technology innovation and support throughout the St. Louis area with its partnership with T-Rex, a local startup and entrepreneur incubator.

“As SteadyRain’s first employee, I’ve been with the agency since the beginning. I’ve seen the technology landscape change considerably since 1999. Our team and services have grown accordingly,” said Joe Marcallini, SteadyRain Partner. “We’ve grown from web development to mobile solutions and online marketing, and I’m looking forward to the next 15 years of technological innovations.”

SteadyRain also partners with the Missouri Trail Alliance and the Missouri Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus. The agency’s philanthropic support of the local community includes sponsorship of Missouri Botanical Garden, Rainbow for Kids and Warrior Fest.
