Negwer Materials

Challenge

​Negwer Materials, an industry leader that supplies hundreds of lines of building materials, approached SteadyRain seeking a new website, ERP system integration, and a custom order notification system.

Solution

After an extensive discovery and consulting phase, SteadyRain worked with Negwer Materials to produce a new website, complete with a full digital product catalog to drive increased sales and product discovery online. Additionally, SteadyRain is working to integrate their internal ERP system and their delivery management software. There will soon be an online portal for customers to use for tracking deliveries. A large portion of Negwer’s customers are in the construction industry and therefore rely upon having the necessary materials to complete their work. Currently, SteadyRain is involved in an ongoing project to build an order notification system so that every time an order status of a delivery changes, the customer will be notified in order to plan their work schedules efficiently around the delivery.

Results

The new website allows customers to view content and information that is related to their audience via Audience Dashboards. The new site also allows for Product Catalog Shopping by Category, Manufacturer and CSI Division. This multi level catalog allows the customer to shop their way and find the products they need.
