Joe Staroba, who holds a Bachelor of Arts, Studio Art Graphic Design degree with a minor in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, brought his diverse skill set to SteadyRain in August of 2007.  By having over 10 years of experience in the Internet industry on both the design and development sides, Joe bridges the gap between the two as Production Director in order to more efficiently save SteadyRain and its’ clients both time and money.
