As a seasoned member of the St. Louis development community, his fusion of knowledge in the disciplines of design, marketing, multimedia, production, programming and quality assurance make him an asset to all client strategies. In his nearly two decades of experience in concepting, architecting, designing, producing and overseeing software and website development solutions for companies, Thompson has proven his effectiveness at building solid solutions that get results for his clients.

As SteadyRain's first employee 15 years ago, Joe brings a wealth of experience to all his clients. With an extensive background in programming, including experience with technologies such as ASP/ASP.NET, JavaScript, VBScript, C and SQL, Joe is able to expertly manage all aspects of a production cycle so as to best utilize the time of his staff and the resources of his clients. His experience focuses on Web project life-cycles including analysis, budgeting, team organization, development, time management, quality assurance and ongoing maintenance.

Contact Matt

Matt has worked in the digital space for more than 10 years. Previously, he worked with the international online technology company, Network Solutions, where he was responsible for developing Paid and Organic Search strategies for clients ranging in size from sole-proprietor to Fortune 500 as well as supervision of custom Web application engineering development efforts for both internal and external platforms. 

Throughout his career, Matt has held the role of designer, developer, project manager and digital consultant. Matt has provided Digital Marketing, Social Media, Reputation Management and Application Development Strategies to clients including AT&T, Carstar, Meineke Car Care, Yellow Book and Yellow Pages. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in communications as well as certificates in Web design and digital publishing.

Matt was previously a minor league professional hockey player and has coached youth hockey for more than 20 years.

Originally a Chicago native (not a Cubs fan, we checked!) David serves as the Director of Digital Marketing and is responsible for delivering successful online strategies for SteadyRain’s growing list of clients. Prior to joining the SteadyRain team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, David worked in the retail marketing space with Fortune 500 companies such as Target, Safeway, Kroger, General Mills, Kellogg’s and Kraft. 

As a marketer who focuses on the holistic view of a brand’s marketing efforts, David and his team specialize in providing clients with fully integrated digital marketing strategies which could include search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM or PPC), social media marketing, content marketing, Web analytics and conversion rate optimization. David received his bachelor’s degree in advertising from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and holds multiple certifications including Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Bing Ads.
