As a seasoned member of the development community in St. Louis, Thompson Knox has been working on the web since 1997. Thompson joined SteadyRain from a position at Cleargroove, a St. Louis-based integrated marketing firm, where he helped develop interactive marketing campaigns, integrating both online and offline marketing with advanced measuring tools to provide clients real-time reporting on marketing efforts. His fusion of knowledge in the disciplines of design, marketing, multimedia, production, programming and quality assurance make him an asset to any strategy and any solution. In his two decades of experience in architecting, building and project managing developments for companies that include AT&T Broadband, Cingular, HBO, KFC, McDonald’s, SBC and Taco Bell, Thompson has proven his effectiveness at building solid solutions that get results for his clients.

Contact Joe

Joe Marcallini brings a wealth of experience to the position of Chief Technology Officer at SteadyRain. Joe has an extensive background in programming, including experience with technologies such as ASP/ASP.NET, JavaScript, VBScript, C++, and SQL. He has also worked in application analysis, account management and project management. As CTO at SteadyRain, Joe is responsible for the overall management of all projects. He works with clients to define project scope and also creates and manages project timelines. During the production lifecycle, he oversees day-to-day client management and ensures that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Joe has successfully managed projects for companies such as Anheuser-Busch, AmerenUE, Phillips 66, Enterprise, Imo’s Pizza and Cambridge Engineering.

Jen Clark joined SteadyRain in late 2017, bringing with her 25 years of financial experience. She has spent much of her career in wholesale distribution and enjoys bringing her tremendous skill with numbers to the service industry as well. Jen has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Franklin University and was a Summa Cum Laude (for those that don’t know, that means she graduated with a 4.0 GPA). She brings that same level of perfectionism to her role at SteadyRain. Jen ensures that SteadyRain’s financial stability will enable us to provide a wealth of services to our clients for many years to come.

Andrea has acquired experience in print advertising, television, web advertising, and public service campaigns. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus in Advertising from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. With her experience from Country Music Television (CMT), Andrea has worked with various clients including Pedigree, Garnier Fructis, Blackberry, and Hamburger Helper. As Vice President of Digital Strategy and a Digital Strategist with eight years at SteadyRain, Andrea works with clients as an Account Manager, Project Manager and Consultant.

Contact David

David’s passion for learning and understanding marketing processes is apparent in his work. His previous brand management experience with Fortune 500 companies, such as Target, Safeway, Kroger, General Mills, Kellogg’s, and Kraft, provided him the opportunity to develop marketing strategies that were successfully implemented in select retail locations. As Vice President of Digital Marketing, David is responsible for creating clients’ search engine marketing campaigns, which includes search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search advertising (PPC) as well as social media efforts. David received his Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where he studied many areas within marketing communications, such as print, television, social media, and digital advertising.

Jan graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing-Advertising and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing. Jan’s experience on the client side of our business allows her to effectively communicate with SteadyRain clients to fully understand their challenges and assist in developing real world solutions. She utilizes her long history of successful project and team management to ensure SteadyRain client projects meet their objectives, deadlines and budgets.

With over 16 years of experience in Web Development, Josey Baker is a leader in technology and brings an impressive amount of knowledge to SteadyRain. He has provided successful solutions from beginning to end for clients such as Greensfelder, St. Louis Cardinals, Midas, Missouri Division of Tourism, Carr Lane Manufacturing, and Washington University Physicians. He graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Math, and has an extensive background in Microsoft SQL Server, .NET (including ASP, C#, VB, and MVC), AJAX and REST API, and all things JQuery. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in .NET Framework 4 and Web Applications, and a Certified Sitefinity Developer. Josey consistently provides efficient, successful solutions to complex scenarios in a fast-paced environment.

As Vice President of Digital Strategy, Patrick brings over 20 years of experience developing transformational digital strategies that build awareness, drive revenue and deliver maximum ROI. Previously at FleishmanHillard, Patrick led the strategic development of paid media programs across a variety of industries and for clients such as AT&T, Beech-Nut, Feed the Children, Hallmark, Russell Stover Candies and Sleep Number and managed the agency’s global paid media team. Patrick also played a key role within GroupM’s dedicated paid search division where his team’s development of a lifestyle segmentation search model earned the Yahoo! Searchlight Award for Excellence in Search as part of an integrated marketing program. Patrick graduated from Earlham College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese studies.
