The digital platform allows organizations to build profiles and promote relevant deals, specials, events, and news targeted at local neighborhoods throughout the Metro St. Louis Area.

To connect with neighborhood residents and keep them actively engaged in their communities, participating organizations can invite local consumers to follow them on CitySlooth and receive updates on offers, specials and events. Potential customers can even save coupons, giving them an incentive to return to an organization’s listing. This not only increases brand engagement but also encourages consumers to return to CitySlooth on a regular basis to find out what’s going on in their neighborhood.

By allowing both businesses and consumers to have user accounts, CitySlooth connects local organizations and neighborhood residents for mutually beneficial relationships to generate new opportunities for both parties.

The tool also allows a business to track its neighborhood followers and determine which deals and company details resonate with audiences best. This engagement monitoring includes an evaluation of how often coupons are saved and redeemed, which helps companies gain invaluable insights on the types of specials and deals their audiences truly crave.

To help CitySlooth put its best foot forward at launch, SteadyRain provided consulting on user experience as well as direction on the website’s functionality and visuals.
