Position Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Proven success managing significant monthly ad budgets ($100K+).
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of attribution models and performance analytics.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale campaigns efficiently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Business or Journalism
- Google Analytics Certification a plus
