Senior Paid Media Strategist

Our digital marketing team is looking for a passionate, performance-focused Paid Media leader to join us.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms such as:
    • Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
    • Microsoft Ads
    • Meta Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • TikTok Ads
    • Reddit Ads
  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals (lead generation, eCommerce revenue, brand awareness, customer acquisition, etc.).
  • Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly media planning, including budget allocation and forecasting.
  • Identify audience targeting strategies, creative testing roadmaps, and channel mix recommendations.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and growth opportunities.
  • Identifying new tasks and objectives based on the performance of the client campaign
  • Evaluating and reporting on strategy success to internal stakeholders and client stakeholders

Qualifications

Position Requirements:
  • 5–8+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Proven success managing significant monthly ad budgets ($100K+).
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models and performance analytics.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education or Training:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Business or Journalism
  • Google Analytics Certification a plus
