ST. LOUIS, Sept. 11, 2026 – SteadyRain, a 100% employee-owned digital agency founded in St. Louis in 1999, has been named to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's 2026 CO—100: America's Top 100 Small Businesses list, announced Sept. 9. SteadyRain is one of 10 honorees in the Enduring Businesses category, which recognizes companies that have shown long-term growth and sustainability for more than 10 years. It is one of three St. Louis-area businesses on this year's list.
Honorees were chosen from more than 12,000 applicants in 36 states and Washington, D.C., through three rounds of judging by U.S. Chamber staff, state and local chamber leaders, past honorees and industry experts. Judges evaluated growth, longevity, resilience, community involvement and business strategy.

In 2026 it acquired Smooth Fusion, a Lubbock, Texas, web development firm and Progress Sitefinity Premium Partner. The combined company has team members in Missouri, Texas, Michigan, Arizona, and Florida.
CO—100 honorees are invited to Washington, D.C., Oct. 19–21 for events at U.S. Chamber of Commerce headquarters, including the Small Business Forum. At an awards dinner, one honoree from each of the 10 categories will be named a Top Honoree and receive $2,000, and one business will be named the CO—100 Top Business of 2026 and receive $25,000.
