Local Housing Solutions, an online resource for local housing strategies and urban development is sponsored by New York University’s Furman Center. As an organization, they were on a mission modify the navigation strategy of the website and drastically improve the user experience to increase the useability of the deep resources that were a part of the site. SteadyRain worked with LHS to rethink the navigation strategy for the site and implement an entirely new information architecture by leveraging structured content types to enable multiple exploration paths for users, based on their specific resource need, to merchandize content to match those needs.
SteadyRain provided Architectural and Engineering Consulting, which was followed with a full WordPress site implementation with continuing site enhancements.
